What We Buy
From doors, furniture and fixtures to Japanese antiques, lighting and building equipment — we buy a wide range of restaurant interior materials, from a single item to an entire restaurant. Your nearest Tenpos store handles valuation and pickup, and our nationwide network covers large items and remote locations.
Our Workshop
At Tenpos Kawaguchi, nothing we buy goes straight onto the shop floor. Every piece is inspected, cleaned and repaired in our own workshop before it’s resold. Because we can restore what we buy, we can put a value on doors, signage and well-used furniture that others won’t price.

We check condition and quantity from your photos and an on-site valuation, then collect by large truck. A good-sized set of matching chairs also works in your favour.

We fix wobbles, sand and refinish surfaces, repair signage and more — getting every piece ready for service again. We reupholster seats, too.

Restored materials go from our 1,254 sqm Kawaguchi store and online shop to the next restaurant opening its doors. Sellers cut disposal costs; new owners open for less.

Just send photos and we’ll tell you whether we can buy it, with a rough estimate. Valuation and consultation are free.
Send us the items, quantities and photos via the form. From the photos, we’ll tell you whether we can buy and give you a rough estimate.
We check condition, quantity and the removal route on site, then quote a price based on demand.
We collect large items by truck and pay on the spot.
Pickup
We handle large-truck pickup and on-site work. Fixtures and furniture that are hard to move out, we take away in one go.
Throw it away and it costs you; sell it and it pays. The key is timing: get a valuation before demolition or strip-out. Demolish first, and doors and fixtures that could have sold end up in the skip. Beyond closing or renovating restaurants, we also buy from demolition contractors and demolition sites.
